The automated adhesive dispensing workcell integrates a six-axis industrial robot, precision dispensing valve, metered adhesive supply and control cabinet. Coordinated motion follows flat surfaces, irregular contours and curved parts for continuous sealing, including sheet-metal cabinets and aluminium enclosures. An optional CCD vision module identifies reference marks and compensates for workpiece placement variation.
